In the realm of community development, Mohammed has garnered extensive experience and expertise through collaborative endeavors with diverse communities, stakeholders, and organizations. Mohammed has a bachelors in Human Resource Management from Iuseba University of Economics and Applied Biology, Benin. Serving as the Community Mobilization Officer at Green Habitat Initiative and later assuming the role of State Facilitator, he played a pivotal role in fostering community engagement and mobilizing individuals for Community-Led Initiatives.

In the capacity of Community Mobilization Officer, Mohammed actively engaged with community leaders, women’s groups, youth organizations, and various stakeholders to identify needs, prioritize initiatives, and formulate strategies for community-led action. Transitioning to the role of State Facilitator, he served as a liaison between the state government, development partners, and community organizations, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment of efforts to achieve project objectives.

Currently, as a Project Officer, he oversees the management and implementation of development projects at the community level. Collaborating with local partners, he directs and monitors project activities to ensure they address the specific needs of target communities, thereby contributing to the attainment of project objectives.

With a profound commitment to the field of community development, Mohammed reflects on a deeply fulfilling journey, witnessing the transformative power of community-led action and the tangible impact of development initiatives on people’s lives. Committed to ongoing contributions to global community betterment, Mohammed remains dedicated to the advancement of communities worldwide.
